What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. You can cancel after that with 30 days notice. We move up and down tiers freely month-to-month.
Do you replace our internal finance person?
No. We pair with whoever you have — bookkeeper, controller, ops lead. We bring the CFO-level rhythm, they bring the day-to-day execution. If you have nobody, we run point until you hire.
Which tools do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite for GL. Plaid, Brex, Ramp, Expensify for feeds. Notion, Linear, Asana for ops. We adapt to your stack — no migration required as precondition.
What if we're not yet on monthly close?
The first 2 weeks are onboarding — we set up your close process, refactor your chart of accounts if needed, and lock the rhythm. Onboarding is included in the first month, not extra.
Can you help us prepare for our next raise?
Yes. Pro tier includes fundraise prep when you're 6 months out from the next round. For earlier-stage tiers, we credit 100% of the audit price ($4,500) toward your retainer if we run the audit during your engagement.
