Exail Technologies is a Euronext Paris-listed (EXA) French group specialised in maritime robotics and navigation systems. Its product range includes the Absolute Quantum Gravimeter, which uses atom interferometry with laser-cooled atoms. In July 2026 Thales agreed to acquire the Gorgé family's stake at EUR 134 per share with a view to a tender offer for 100% of the company, with closing expected by Q3 2027 subject to regulatory approvals.
