Gooch & Housego (G&H) is a UK photonics group supplying acousto-optic, electro-optic, fibre, crystal and precision-optics components and optical systems, with shares traded on AIM (GHH). Its quantum offering includes acousto-optic devices for cold atoms and ions, Fiber-Q acousto-optic modulators and superpolished mirror substrates. In July 2026 it agreed to a GBP 345.6 million recommended cash takeover by Arlington Capital Partners, expected to complete in Q4 2026.
