Quantum Elements is a Los Angeles-based startup building Constellation, an AI-native platform for quantum software and hardware development, launched in October 2025. Its co-founders include CEO Izhar Medalsy and professors Daniel Lidar and Amir Yacoby. In February 2026 it raised an undisclosed SAFE with Firgun Ventures, QDNL Participations (now Ground State Ventures), Quantacet and R-Squared Ventures.
