SBQuantum, founded in 2017 in Sherbrooke, Canada, develops quantum diamond magnetometers. In April 2026 it closed a $4 million USD seed round led by Quantonation and Quantacet, its first private investment. The company reports over $15 million in R&D contracts, including with Canada's Department of National Defence and the European Space Agency.
