Zapata Quantum (formerly Zapata AI / Zapata Computing) is a Boston-based, hardware-agnostic quantum software company founded in 2017 by researchers from a Harvard quantum computing lab. It suspended operations in late 2024, restarted with debt restructuring and new capital from June 2025, and its shares trade over the counter under ZPTA.
