KQC (Korea Quantum Computing Co.) was founded in Busan in 2021 and helps enterprises adopt quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography through Qubiteer, its AI-driven hybrid quantum platform; it does not build quantum processors. On October 7, 2026 its Delaware parent, KQC Quantum Inc., signed a business combination agreement with Charlton Aria Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: CHAR), with closing expected in the first half of 2027.
