Quantinuum was formed in November 2021 by the combination of Honeywell Quantum Solutions and Cambridge Quantum, and is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. It raised about $600M at a $10B pre-money valuation in September 2025, then completed a traditional IPO on Nasdaq (QNT) in June 2026 with $1.7B in gross proceeds.
