SkyWater Technology is a US semiconductor foundry headquartered at its Bloomington, Minnesota fab, acquired from Cypress Semiconductor in 2017. It offers quantum foundry and superconducting manufacturing services to the quantum industry. IonQ completed its acquisition of SkyWater (formerly NASDAQ: SKYT) on 31 July 2026.
