Wecan Group is a Swiss technology company founded in 2015 by Dr. Vincent Pignon that orchestrates onboarding, change-of-circumstance and periodic-review processes, including KYC and AML analysis, for regulated institutions. SEALSQ acquired a majority equity stake in June 2026, and Wecan now presents itself as a SEALSQ subsidiary with post-quantum security capabilities.
