Bosch Ventures is the global corporate venture arm of Robert Bosch GmbH, investing in deep-tech startups with strategic relevance to Bosch's automotive, industrial, consumer goods and energy businesses. Quantum is a pillar of its 2025 ~USD 280M fund, with Investment Partner Jan Westerhues leading quantum evaluations. The group backs both computing (IonQ, Quantum Motion) and quantum sensing plays that can enhance Bosch's MEMS and sensor leadership; Q.ANT is a former Bosch spin-out, and Bosch operates a dedicated Bosch Quantum Sensing JV with Element Six (2025). Bosch Ventures brings portfolio companies access to Bosch's global manufacturing footprint, customer base and research institutes, making it one of the most industrially-aligned quantum investors in Europe.
