Invests seed to growth in Bavarian high-tech, with cheques €250k-€25M and strong follow-on capacity from public-mandate capital.

Quantum exposure spans the Bavarian quantum stack: IQM Quantum Computers (superconducting, Munich/Espoo), planqc (neutral atoms, Munich, Max Planck spin-out, Series A lead 2024), and Proxima Fusion (stellarator fusion with adjacent quantum-simulation applications, Max Planck spin-out, extended €20M seed 2024 co-backed by redalpine, DTCF, UVC, HTGF). Concentrated Bavaria-anchored hardware conviction.

Value-add: sovereign-style patient capital with no forced exit timelines, complemented by structural access to Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs deep-tech programs (Hightech Agenda Bayern, Munich Quantum Valley) and the Bavarian industrial network.

  3. Ticket sizes and stage cadence track public co-investor logic (matched to UVC, HTGF, DTCF), founders without a private lead first won't get a term sheet
